I work at the intersection of wellness real estate, regenerative development, and conscious leadership — helping people and communities build environments that support health, resilience, and long-term wellbeing.

I am a licensed real estate agent, wellness real estate expert, and regenerative development advocate focused on reshaping how we live, build, and connect to place.Through my work with Corcoran Reverie, I help clients buy and sell homes with a deeper lens, guiding transactions that prioritize health, longevity, energy efficiency, and quality of life alongside traditional market value.My perspective was shaped by witnessing firsthand the aftermath of major hurricanes and the failure of conventional building systems that force families to rebuild the same vulnerabilities again and again. That experience led me to co-found THEIA Development, where I work to challenge outdated construction models by integrating climate-adaptive design, advanced technologies, and regenerative systems.At the core of everything I do is the understanding that our environments shape our nervous systems, our health, and our capacity to thrive. Homes are not neutral — they influence how we feel, heal, and show up in the world.Music is another expression of this same philosophy. As a songwriter and artist, I explore healing, connection, and emotional resonance through sound which reinforces the idea that wellness is not only physical, but emotional and energetic as well. This creative work inspires how I approach space, design, and leadership, grounding my work in both science and felt experience.Whether I am guiding a real estate transaction, advising on regenerative development, consulting with organizations, creating music, or speaking on the future of housing, my mission remains the same: to help build environments — both inner and outer — that support human wellbeing and long-term resilience.
